📘 1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "bdgel" or "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the bdgel online platform accessible at bdgel.io.
• "Platform" refers to the bdgel website, its subdomains, mobile-optimized web interface, and all associated services, tools, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on bdgel and uses the Platform for sports betting, casino gaming, or any other permitted activity.
• "Account" refers to the unique player profile created upon successful registration, including all associated balance, transaction history, betting records, and personal information.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other permitted betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification procedure required before withdrawal privileges are granted.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the official time zone governing all Platform operations, match settlements, and promotional schedules.

🔞 2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain an account on bdgel, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using bdgel.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, or close family member of a bdgel employee or contractor where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from bdgel for any reason, unless a formal reinstatement has been granted in writing.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 bdgel reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending receipt of such documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by bdgel may result in permanent account closure.

👤 3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the full range of bdgel services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 You are permitted to hold only one active account on the bdgel Platform. If you have previously registered an account that was suspended or closed, you must not create a new account without first obtaining written permission from bdgel support.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. bdgel will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify bdgel immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. bdgel will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, including temporary suspension pending investigation.

3.5 bdgel reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bdgel accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved local banking partners. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdgel does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bdgel accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM BST on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. bdgel reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bdgel does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, and any conversion costs will be borne by the player.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

bdgel employs automated and manual transaction monitoring to detect fraudulent activity. Any deposit or withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime will be suspended pending investigation. bdgel fully cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of suspicious transactions.

🏏 5. Betting Rules

5.1 All sports bets placed on bdgel are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 Pre-match bets are accepted up to the scheduled start time of the relevant event. In-play bets are accepted at bdgel's discretion and may be suspended or rejected at any time during live events, particularly during periods of high uncertainty such as injury time or review decisions.

5.3 Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance. The odds at which your bet is confirmed and accepted are the odds that apply to settlement of that wager.

5.4 Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are governed by the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or void, affected bets will be settled according to bdgel's void and abandonment policy published separately.

5.5 bdgel reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event outcome has been determined to be affected by match-fixing or corruption; (c) the bet was placed after the event result was already known; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of abuse or system exploitation.

5.6 The maximum payout for any single bet is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit has been explicitly authorized in writing for that specific wager. Multiple bets forming an accumulator are subject to a combined payout cap as published in the sports betting terms.

🎰 6. Casino Games

6.1 Casino games available on bdgel — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and specialty games — are operated under the terms of the respective game providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are streamed live from licensed studios.

6.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are as published by the respective game provider. bdgel does not modify RTP settings on any game. Historical RTP data is available on request from our support team.

6.3 In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, any interrupted game round will be resolved automatically by the game server upon reconnection. bdgel accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.

6.4 If a game is found to contain a technical error that has resulted in incorrect payouts — whether in the player's favor or otherwise — bdgel reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and adjust account balances accordingly, with notice provided to the player.

🎁 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 bdgel may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page.

7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 bdgel reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification or cancellation will be treated fairly and in accordance with the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, subject to any overriding legal requirement.

7.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player or third party.

🚫 8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdgel Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of account registration or subsequent verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates illegal financial transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to placing bets on clearly mispriced odds.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus calculations.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary information from the Platform.
• Publishing, transmitting, or facilitating the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via any bdgel communication channel.
• Conducting any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure, including coordinated denial-of-service activity.

8.2 bdgel maintains the right to take immediate action upon detection of any prohibited conduct, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban without prior notice.

⛔ 9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 bdgel may suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or at your own written request.

9.2 If your account is closed by bdgel for reasons attributable to a breach by you, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by you and not subject to active dispute or investigation will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9.3 You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bdgel support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.

9.4 bdgel retains account data for a minimum period of five years following account closure, as required for regulatory and audit purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.3 The bdgel name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of bdgel. Unauthorized use of any bdgel trademark is strictly prohibited.

⚖️ 12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdgel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 bdgel's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdgel account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 bdgel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bdgel's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.3 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdgel with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder, which shall continue in full force and effect.
